Bernadette is responsible for managing all of Boston Cares’ corporate and special events. Bernadette is an AmeriCorps alum and has worked for a variety of nonprofit organizations, including CityCares (now Hands On Network), of which Boston Cares is an affiliate. She runs her own wedding and event planning company and has worked on over 30 events in that capacity in the past several years, including planning Hands On Network’s last two international leadership conferences. Bernadette holds a BS in Communications from Boston University and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology. In her free time, she is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of SpeakOut Boston and is an event Chair for the Boston Pride Committee.
