Participating in
Campus Initiative is a great way to:
* Make a difference in your community;
* Build your resume and develop leadership skills;
* Meet other people; and
* Have fun!
Any currently enrolled university or college student
in the Greater Boston area is eligible to join the
Campus Initiative.
In order to sign up for orientations and projects,
you must first register*.
* Please note: If you have participated in a past
Campus Day of Service, it is likely you are already
in our system. To retrieve your information, go to
the Boston Cares' Member Center and select “Forgot
Password." A password will be e-mailed to you.
Partner Campus Students: You must attend an
orientation but you do not need to pay a
registration fee. When you attend a Boston Cares
orientation, be sure to let the orientation leader
know that you are partner campus student so your fee
can be waived. If you would like us to visit your
campus for an on-campus orientation, please contact
the Campus Initiative Coordinator for more
information.
Non-Partner Campus Students: You must attend
an orientation and there is a $10 one-time
tax-deductible student registration fee. This fee
goes towards the staffing and operating costs of
Boston Cares.
