Boston
Cares invites you to band together with the corporate
community this fall for some fulfilling days of community
service:
Working the Land: Stony Brook Reservation
Saturday, September 29
On this
national day of service in public parks, we’ll help with the
ongoing restoration of Stony Brook Reservation in Hyde
Park/West Roxbury.
2nd Annual Boston Cares Hands On Day Saturday,
October 13
We invite
you to band together with the corporate community for one
great day of service before winter hits. We will have
multiple teams at the Somerville Boys & Girls Club,
Chestnut Hill Reservation in Brookline, and a cleanup along
the Mystic River.
Blanket the Valley: Lowell Wish Project
Saturday, October 27
Blankets
and other warm goods are collected all over Greater Lowell
and on this day we sort and stock them.

Whether a
group of five or fifty, your team will enjoy the following
benefits:
Pride:
Employees are proud that their company supports community
service where they live and work;
Teambuilding:
Staff from various departments meet and work together on a
satisfying project outside of the office;
Giving:
Employees appreciate the opportunity to make a difference –
this event may be their first experience as a volunteer;
Loyalty:
The company is recognized as a good corporate citizen.
Your
company’s financial contribution will support the volunteers
and staff of Boston Cares who make a difference virtually
every day of the year. Sponsorships range from $500 to
$5,000 and include a variety of benefits. Boston Cares will
coordinate all advance and event day logistics including
project site inspection, agency liaison, project materials,
onsite leadership, photography, and project assessment.
Sponsors are acknowledged in Boston Cares’ newsletter,
website, and post-event print ad. Following the event, join
us for a pizza picnic and savor your accomplishments.
