Dash for a Difference Registration

Individuals are encouraged to create their own teams.  When you register, you can indicate your collective team name and/or the names of your teammates. NOTE: You can also sign up as an individual and you will be placed on a team.

A $20 registration payment per person per team will secure your slot in the Boston Cares Dash for a Difference.  This registration payment is put towards your team's pledges and is non-refundable.

To register:

·         Each individual participating in Boston Cares Dash for a Difference must register

·         Individuals 12 years and older are considered regular participants

·         All participants under 18 years old must submit a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. 

·         Name, address, email, team info (if applicable), and credit card info (Visa or Mastercard), unless paying by check

·         Checks should be made payable and sent to: Boston Cares, 190 High Street, Boston, MA 02110Each team is responsible for submitting a minimum contribution of $500 ($100 per person) on or before May 3, 2008.  If the team contribution is less than $500 at event registration, individuals turning in less than $100 will be charged the unpaid balance
