Family Volunteer Day is Saturday 11/21 10-12

This Saturday, please join us and kick off the holiday season by volunteering! Bring the kids (ages 5+) for another free and fun Family Volunteer Day. We'll be making Literacy Kits for the new library at the Sarah Greenwood School. 2013 MCAS results indicate that only 32% of Boston Public School third graders were testing at or above a proficient reading level. The kits will support literacy programming in classrooms and include reading journals, library signs, and literacy games. Family Volunteer Day is presented by generationOn and sponsored by Disney Friends for Change.
