Volunteer at the Newton Community Farm's Seedling Sale!
The Seedling Sale is an annual event at Newton Community Farm, proceeds support our education programming. The mission of Newton Community Farm is to nurture a community that teaches and models sustainable agricultural and environmental practices.
Volunteers will be helping with set-up and clean-up, staffing the tables, re-stocking our tables with seedlings as these run out over the course of the days, and answering questions that the public may have.
Teen-friendly: 16+
All volunteers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
All volunteers under 18 years old must bring a permission form signed by a parent or guardian to give to the Project Leader. Please emailyouth@bostoncares.org or call 617-422-0910 x208 if you would like to bring youth to this project.
This project is not easily T-accessible.
This project is reserved for Boston Cares members who have attended a New Volunteer Orientation.
