Teamworks Leader Training
Sign up for this volunteer opportunity if you are interested in becoming a Teamworks Leader, or are already a Volunteer Leader who is interested in learning more about Teamworks, how it works, how to run it, and how to be the most efficient and effective leader.
Teamworks Leaders are the backbone of the Teamworks Program. The quantity of Teamworks is greatly enhanced by a trained, informed, and confident Team Leader. The course will cover how to lead a project, the functionality of our website, ideas for incorporating service learning and development with the projects, and tips for making each volunteer experience engaging and exciting for you and your team. Becoming a Teamworks Leader is a great way to increase your impact as a volunteer and gain leadership skills while having a blast and meeting great groups of fellow volunteers

To sign up for this training, you must be a current Boston Cares member who has attended at least three Boston Cares Calendar Projects or one cylce of Teamworks.
