Grapevine: Thanksgiving Meal Delivery at Community Servings!

Currently, Community Servings is  busy preparing over 1,000 Thanksgiving meals and need 80 more volunteers to help deliver them on Wednesday, November 25th! More specifically, volunteers are needed on 11/25 who can deliver Thanksgiving Meals in their own vehicle to our sick and homebound clients. We just need one person per vehicle to sign up for the shift but we recommend bringing a buddy to help. All volunteers will go through a delivery orientation during the first half an hour of the shift to prepare you to deliver Thanksgiving Meals! Deliveries will be grouped together in surrounding communities. Volunteers will be delivering in Greater Boston, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Revere, Somerville and Winthrop. This volunteer opportunity is a wonderful chance to meet our clients and to get into the holiday spirit.
