Park Restoration and Cleanup with the Esplanade Association

Keep the Esplanade along the banks of the Charles River looking beautiful!

Volunteers will assist the Horticulturist in cleanup and maintenance projects, including gardening, cleanup, infrastructure maintenance, raking, and painting.

Volunteers should bring plenty of water and snacks if they wish. Any garbage brought in must be removed from the park by the end of the project. Volunteers should wear work clothes and close-toed shoes (clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet, dirty, or paint on). Gloves will be provided but you may also want to bring your own hat, sunscreen, raincoat or jacket depending on the weather.

T-Accessible: Green Line (Copley)

Youth-friendly, 12+. All youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18. All volunteers under 18 years old must bring a Permission Form signed by a parent or guardian to give to the Project Leader.
