Maintenance and Planting at the Trotter School Outdoor Classroom
Volunteers will help the Trotter school at the outdoor classroom gardens. Activities will include weeding, pruning, and planting seeds for the fall and harvest. Volunteers help keep these outdoor classrooms in good shape for student use. Trotter School is on Humboldt Avenue which goes off Seaver Street, on the borders of Franklin Park. There is parking available on the street in front of the school on either side of Humboldt Ave. There is also a school parking lot on Harrishof Street adjacent to the Trotter Park. The outdoor classroom is behind the school and borders on the park.This project is reserved for Boston Cares who have completed an Orientation.MBTA accesible by Bus 44.
