Help out at Bay State Council for the Blind's Spring Convention
The Spring Convention is the Bay State Council for the Blind's annual flagship event. Approximately 60 members of our blindness community attend this event each year, although attendance varies over the three days. At the convention, they discuss issues of relevance to the blindness community, including cultural, technological, social, internal governance, and policy advocacy questions. The event this year will be held at the Burlington Marriott in Burlington. Volunteers are needed to provide sighted guidance to participants between the various meeting rooms and other parts of the hotel! Not MBTA accesible.
