Kit Clark Senior Services

The mission of the Kit Clark Senior Services Division of Bay Cove is to help older adults in Boston to live with independence and dignity in their communities. One of the main ways that we do this is to promote healthy aging in the programs and services that we offer. Research shows that there are primarily four things that help us to age in a healthy way: 1. Eating the right foods, 2. Exercise, 3. Social interactions, and 4. Keeping our minds active. All of our programs and services help in these areas.
