Career Collaborative

Since 1997, Career Collaborative has aimed at ending working-class poverty by helping low-income adults get and succeed at life-changing jobs, making Massachusetts and its families stronger. In addition, we continue to mentor our participants for 2 years after obtaining employment to ensure career progress and long-term success. Practice interviews are the best way for volunteers to make an immediate impact on the lives of our hardworking participants. It is an interactive experience that simulates professional interviews, and is a chance to offer constructive feedback to help our participants develop interview confidence.
