MLK Day Volunteer Leaders 2020
Help us lead projects on MLK Day 2020!
Volunteer Leaders will be helping with registration, directing volunteers, assisting with the service projects, and ensuring volunteers have all the supplies they need.
On January 20, 2020, Boston Cares will organize 600 volunteers at the Boston Latin School to create workforce development tools for community organizations and schools throughout the city of Boston. Volunteers will create career workbooks, padfolios, positivity jars, interview flashcards, murals, and more!
It is recommended that all Volunteer Leaders who can help out on MLK Day attend a training on the projects on Tuesday, January 14th at 6:00pm at the Boston Cares office. This will allow the Boston Cares staff to go over all of the projects with you and prepare everyone for the day.
When signing up below, you will automatically be signed up for BOTH the training and the MLK Day event. If you cannot make the training, please email Olivia Peterson at opeterson@bostoncares.org.
