Express Interest: Delivering Food For BPS to Students and Families

Boston Public Schools 
BPS is working to develop a plan for food distribution to students and families throughout the city who are unable to gather food for a variety of reasons. These reasons can include, but are not limited too, a disabled family member, a newborn or other immunocompromised individual in the home, or a lack of resources within their community. Please let us know if you would be interested to support. 

Delivery of food will be M-F between 9AM - 3PM, picking up in Dorchester and delivering to different neighborhoods including:
- East Boston
- Mattapan
- West Roxbury
- Dorchester
- Hyde Park
- Roxbury/Mission Hill
- Roslindale
- Allston/Brighton
- Jamaica Plain
- South Boston
- Fenway/Kenmore
- Downtown Boston;

Individuals with cars are preferred and multi-language skills are a plus! We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a regular delivery, either once a week or a "route" they could commit to on a semi regular basis.
