Weight Training with Newton Athletes Unlimited
Newton Athletes Unlimited serves over 300 children and adults with disabilities, providing year-round programs to encourage physical, social, emotional and intellectual development.
Volunteers will help athletes with different weight training equipment, spotting, instructing, motivating, tracking progress. Volunteers should be equipped to help spot as needed, and have a basic understanding of weight lifting equipment. Basic weight training experience is beneficial!

Arrival Information: Enter the building at the main entrance near the circle and flagpole. Walk up the stairs and turn left. Weight room is ahead on left.
