Volunteer Role Players for Emergency Response Exercise @ Northeastern University

Northeastern University is looking for volunteers to be role players for an emergency response exercise on Sunday, July 20th! Volunteers role assignments will vary depending on the station (active threat and medical). 

Important Information: 

  • What to Wear:
    • Please wear casual, weather-appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
    • If you're assigned to a medical station, we’ll have disposable clothing available. You’re welcome to layer it over your outfit to avoid stains.
    • It may be hot, so dress accordingly and comfortably for both indoor and outdoor stations.
  • Water, snacks, or any personal items you may need (sunscreen, sunglasses, medications, etc.)
  • We will provide light breakfast, lunch, and water throughout the day.
  • This is a training exercise, absolutely no weapons are permitted on-site.
  • Check-In Time: Please arrive between 7:45-8:00 AM to the check-in tent.
  • We will hold a mandatory safety briefing at 8:15 AM, and the exercise will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. The event will conclude by 1:00 PM at the latest.

MBTA Accessibility: Ruggles Station on the Orange Line. If you are visiting campus, you're welcome to park in the Renaissance Parking Garage. We will provide a parking pass.
