High School Equivalency Math/Writing Tutoring at X-Cel Education (MissionWorks)
Try your hand at teaching. Join X-Cel for a morning of volunteering, tutoring adults from all different cultures and levels of math and writing proficiency. If you graduated from high school, you already have the knowledge to teach these eager-to-learn adults. No previous teaching experience necessary.

X-Cel Education was founded in 2000 by two adult educators with the vision of providing quality adult education services to residents of Greater Boston. X-Cel’s mission is to make high school completion, post-secondary study, and sustainable career paths more accessible to underserved communities in Greater Boston, by providing flexible, customized instruction and career readiness development at no cost in convenient community locations. Each X-Cel center is in need of some crucial supplies to help them provide the best learning environment to their students. Please consider donating the following items:
