Virtual Volunteering Sewing Masks

Wondering how you can serve your community while staying at home?

Through this at-home volunteer opportunity, volunteers will create cloth masks to donate to to a variety of agency partners. These nonprofit partners serve families, children, veterans, and homeless populations and many have essential staff working tirelessly to continue to serve their clients.

Materials for the mask making are not provided by Boston Cares. There are both sewn and no-sew templates available for use.

****The health and safety of the community is our first priority. We ask volunteers to be aware of their own health before signing up to help (yes, even virtually.) If you do not feel well or have a temperature, please hold off on volunteering both in person and virtually.
