Youth & Young Adult Social Media Ambassadors

Eligible Ages: 13-26

Boston Cares is looking for youth and young adults, ages 13-26, to help raise awareness and encourage volunteerism in a creative and engaging way!

We want you to use social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to promote volunteer opportunities and connect with those in your community. We encourage all ambassadors to follow Boston Cares on social media to stay connected with the latest news and program updates. To receive credit for the program, you must post from an ACTIVE social media account that has been established for at least three months.

Program Details:

• Sign up each month
• 1 REQUIRED post for 0.5 hour of volunteer credit
• 4 posts MAXIMUM per month for 4 hours of volunteer credit
  • 1 Instagram post = 0.5 hours
  • 1 Facebook post = 0.5 hours
  • 1 LinkedIn post = 0.5 hours
  • 1 TikTok OR Instagram/Facebook reels post = 1 hour
