Community Meal Preparation at Hostelling International
Join Hostelling International Boston (HI Boston) for Community Meal Night. Cook a community meal, meet and dine with world travelers visiting Boston! Every Wednesday, HI Boston prepares a large community meal for travelers staying at the hostel. In addition to providing a free meal for our budget-conscious guests, it also provides an excellent way for them to make new friends, learn about food and culture, and meet local Americans that helped prepare the meal.
This volunteer opportunity includes cooking the meal, serving to guests, eating and interacting with hostel guests, and cleaning up after the meal.HI Boston purchases all the supplies needed to make meals.
It's a great volunteer opportunity for individuals who want to meet people from all over the world and like cooking.
