Youth & YA Social Media Ambassador Program

 Boston Cares is looking for youth and young adults, ages 13-26, to help raise awareness and encourage volunteerism in a creative and engaging way. We want you to use social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to promote volunteer opportunities and connect with those in your community. We encourage all ambassadors to follow Boston Cares on social media to stay connected with the latest news and program updates. To receive credit for the program, you must post from an ACTIVE social media account that has been established for at least three months.

Youth & Young Adult Social Media Ambassador Program

IMPORTANT:

Eligible Ages: 13-26

Ambassadors can sign up as often as every month with a required minimum of 1 post earning 0.5 hrs. and a maximum of 4 posts each month earning for a total of 4 hrs. 

The required social media content can also vary monthly depending on the season & ongoing programs.

Upon completion of registration, you will receive an introduction email with all necessary instructions and unique content for the month.

All communication regarding Youth and Young Adult Social Media Ambassadors such as scheduling, requirements, and questions must be conducted directly with the volunteer. While we appreciate parents' enthusiasm and support, we encourage young volunteers to take ownership of their participation in the program. This not only helps them grow but also ensures clear and effective communication. Thank you for helping us create meaningful and empowering volunteer experiences!
