For over 25 years, The Codman Square NDC has worked to build a better, stronger community by creating housing and commercial facilities that are safe, sustainable, and affordable. CSNDC is also committed to providing residents of all ages with opportunities and skills to empower themselves to improve their lives. It is responsible for over 700 units of affordable rental housing and more than 45,000 square feet of commercial space. It also provides small business and financial planning services, as well as significant programming to support youth, the environment, and resident associations.
