Mind Matter is a non profit organization dedicated to bringing bright and motivated inner city high school students together with dedicated mentors to achieve academic excellence and expand educational horizons. Minds Matter provides teenagers with educational opportunities that surpass their dreams. Minds Matter has helped hard-working high school students gain acceptance to top-tier summer college programs and four-year universities. Duuring weekly mentoring sessions, Minds Matter volunteers help students navigate the college application process by cracking the SATs, polishing writing and speaking skills, demystifying financial aid, and building confidence levels - all while forming lasting friendships.
