Self Esteem Boston

Self Esteem Boston Educational Institute, Inc. (SEB) is a private, non-profit organization which provides self-esteem training for low-income, at-risk populations and their service providers in the Boston area. Their unique program works in collaboration with service agencies to teach participants the skills they need to raise their self-esteem in order to work toward economic self-sufficiency and emotional stability. SEB serves at-risk women and men in homeless shelters and substance abuse recovery and transitional housing programs, and the staff and counselors who serve them. SEB is to facilitates positive, lasting change in the lives of individuals. They do this by providing participants with: 1) education about the principles of self-esteem and how it determines the quality of our lives, 2) training in concrete skill development, and 3) support towards making effective, healthy life choices.
