Supportive Living, Inc.

Since 1991, Supportive Living, Inc. works in partnership with public, private for-profit entities, and non-profit organizations to assist the ever increasing number of survivors of brain injury to live as independently as possible in their own housing in the community. SLI has developed three independent living programs which, combined with specific rehabilitation services, are all subsidized for low-income adults that have survived a life altering brain injury. 39 brain injury survivors are supported directly in SLI residential programs, most of whom were living inappropriately in nursing homes, state institutions, hospitals, or alone.
